Weepy McBitchcakes

I’m seriously going to fucking hit the next person that bitches to me about their life.

In other news, I watched saw 2 and I thought it was better then one.

I saw history of violence and I thought it was Cronenburg’s most focused, polished work to date. Up there with the Fly for the Cronenburgophile.

What else is up?

The guy that runs the bar decided to close it. What a douche. Where am I supposed to get thrown out off?

OH! One other thing. I went to this show with my parents and it was pretty good for being ‘of the old school’ – the entertainment had a nice vaudville quality to it.

I would have rather watched “Lost Highway” which is another show by the same guy that is more the darker aspects of the Hank Williams Sr. story, but meh.

That does bring me too a more recent bitch:

People that want to be rockabilly now that it is cool and they are making a movie about Johnny Cash are hereby added to my ever-growing Bitch List.

  1. I sure as heck hope you weren’t refering to my birthday rant.  Lets buy a bar or find some sucker with a lot of money we can push around.  Then we can do the throwin out.

  2. no not your birthday rant.

Everybody in general has been all “everything sucks in america where there is so much plenty we are all to fat” lately and it’s starting to make me want to see what a garbage disposal does when you put a person in it.

  3. I haven’t seen Lost Highway for a long time. I should do that soon. I own it, why haven’t I watched it? I don’t know.

I kind of want to see the Johnny Cash movie, it might be good…plus I have always like the rockabiliy stuff, but not as a trend…it’s been a while for me.

  4. i don’t know if i wanna watch saw II. i couldn’t quite get into the first one, but i appreciate the how of it. meh. maybe i’ll take a look at it.

also wanting very much to see a history of violence. that looked incredibly good.

anyway, chin up. here i was thinking that it was normal to want to know what would happen when a person meets the garbage disposal. *shrugs*

  5. I enjoyed History of Violence but to me it was quite clear where they were going to finish up, and the journey there seemed quite laconic.  It’s a very stylish film, though, as you’d expect from Cronenberg.  And I adore Viggo   Good stuff

    I added you, btw

  6. i feel stupid and girly cause i like joaquin phoenix. i dig the hair-lip thing..

and yeah, trends are kind of annoying, but at least Cash is becoming something new and exciting for this generation. Granted, his image and life might get a little distorted as the media and public mold him to interest kids, but there is still the sweet music. (not to mention fashion sense.)

so this is my girly, inane, slightly ignorant comment.

    Adieu, Monsieur CUF

  7. man the thing that gets me is people that are like, “I like Johnny Cash but not *other country* as though he represented some bleeding edge/faded nadir of country, johnny cash is the dead middle of country and if you  like him but no other country that means you only know his name because social d covered some of his songs and you should ride the boot.

    I’m just sayin’
